Return Period

You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.¹

Product Condition

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.²
• It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• A fiscal receipt must be included – it is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return Procedure (Online Orders)

To initiate a return or exchange, please send a Withdrawal Statement via email to info@jsvleather.com including:³

• Full name
• Address and phone number
• Order number
• Item code
• Information on whether the product is damaged or defective
• Request type (exchange or refund)
• Bank account details (if requesting a refund)

After receiving our confirmation, please send the product back promptly יחד with the fiscal receipt.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged or an error occurred on our side.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds or exchanges are processed after the product is received and inspected.
• The process is completed within a maximum of 15 days from the date of your request.
• Refunds are issued exclusively via bank transfer.
• Product exchanges follow the same conditions.

In-Store Returns

You may also return or exchange items in person at our store with:

• Fiscal receipt
• Fulfilled return conditions

Note

Ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged without prior agreement and completion of the official procedure. Your rights are exercised in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of BiH and RS.
